SE Davis & Associates was founded by Steve Davis in 2005 in Salisbury, NC. After transitioning from selling various products and services to the trucking industry, he began SE Davis to assist transportation companies through placing them with professional employer organization (PEOs). As the business progressed, he sought out services and partnerships with reputable businesses that would solve existing problems and add value for existing clients. In doing so, SE Davis offers a variety of solutions ranging from back office to operations. All partners and referrals have been thoroughly vetted in order to keep the same service level and values.

President and CEO
Stephen Davis
Stephen has over 10 years of finance, accounting, and tax consulting experience. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Georgia. Stephen is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in New York.
Stephen previously worked at the Archdiocese of New York as the Director of Budgeting and Reporting, Etihad Airways as the Financial Controller, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a Senior Associate.
He attended College of Charleston in Charleston, SC where he received his Masters of Science in Accountancy. Stephen also received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.
Stephen is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Melody has over 22 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Some of her previous roles include sales and management with a global manufacturer of heavy duty vehicle parts; sales, operations and managing a branch for an industry leading equipment leasing company; and sales and business development for a global leader in AIbased fleet safety technology, just to name a few.
She completed her Master of Business Administration at Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC. Melody also attended the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, where she completed her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration concentrated in Global Logistics and Transportation.
Melody is also an Integrative Heath Coach, certified by Duke University.
