Steve Davis

April 27, 1950 – January 25, 2021

Steve Davis was the Founder and CEO of S.E. Davis & Associates, LLC. 

He had over 37 years of sales and consulting experience in the transportation industry. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for both the North Carolina Trucking Association (NCTA) and South Carolina Trucking Association (SCTA).

Steve was very active in the NCTA, SCTA, Georgia Motor Trucking Association (GMTA), and Tennessee Trucking Association (TTA).

 

Steve previously worked at the American Trucking Associations (ATA) as the Regional Vice-President of Sales and at Bridgestone/Firestone, USA as the District Manager.

Steve loved his family, the beach, living life to the fullest, his huge circle of friends and was an avid golfer and sports fan. He loved people and never met a stranger; his enthusiasm was contagious and a smile or laugh seldom left his face.

Steve, a picture of perfect health, lost a hard-fought battle with COVID-19 and is greatly missed.
